If an inventory item has an Inventory Alt Item No that can be substituted for the regular item no and the substitution is ok to use for the job/operation, then the Can Use Alt Inventory should be selected.  If the job/operation cannot use the alt item no stored in Inventory, then the Can Use Alt Inventory should not be selected.
