The Quantity to Build at the job level is the order quantity times the scrap factor rounded up to the next highest whole number.  If you do not use a job scrap factor, the quantity to build is the same as the ordered quantity.

The quantity to build at the operation level is set based on the Job Quantity to build, unless the Set quantity manually option is checked in which case operation quantity can by unique to each operation within a job.
