Skip Shifts enables you to specify which shifts should be skipped when using the Skip Shifts if Unavailable command.  You can leave the Skip Shifts blanks which means to skip any shift that is not available, or you can specify the following shifts to skip:

1. 1
2. 1&2
3. 1&3
4. 2
5. 2&3
6. 3
7. All
