Crystal Delete Report

Delete Report deletes the Crystal Report and removes any reference of the report from DMS.  Once a report has been deleted, ut cannot be recovered.


To delete a report, perform the following steps:


  1. Select the Report Category and then selecting the report you want to delete.
  2. Select File | Delete or click on the delete icon .
  3. DMS will confirm the delete informing you of the report name and the Crystal Report filename you are about to delete similar to the message box below:
  4. Click OK to delete the report, or click Cancel to cancel the delete.



You cannot delete a base report.  If you try to delete a base report you will get the following message and the report will not be deleted:
