Delete Report will delete the current report specified in the DMS Reports section of Mfg Orders Job Grid.  You can delete the report link in DMS so that the report does not show up in the DMS report menu and retain the report file, or you can delete both the report link in DMS and the report file.  

Delete report file  Check this prompt to delete the report file.  Uncheck this prompt to keep the report file but delete the report from DMS.
