Implementation Strategy

Dynafact offers consulting services to help you with the training, system configuration and general implementation of DMS. The following approach is recommended:

Set Up Prototype (Fit-Gap Analysis)

This step is designed to manually produce the data model and test the work flow though the system prior to integration configuration. Resources are set up and job work flow is tested. This is an opportunity to run the business logic requirements through the system to determine what DMS tools are required to model your work flow.

Statement of Work Development Support

Integration configuration requirements to support business logic should be conveyed in a statement of work (SOW).

Integration Development

Integration development is then executed based on the SOW requirements

Deployment

Programming and/or procedure enhancements are deployed and tested

Basic & Analysis Training

This training is designed to give the stakeholders the tools they need to access information and generally perform the tasks that they need to do. Analysis training for the planner/schedulers is recommended for advanced system use. DMS Report Writer training is recommended for select personnel.

Testing and Go Live Readiness

This is the final go live phase where the system is brought up to go live readiness and run in parallel with the legacy scheduling process

Go Live

The system is taken live to production
