Assembly Grid Columns

 

The Assembly Grid Selections is used to select which assembly fields you want to appear in the Assembly grid. 

 

To access Assembly Grid Selections, select View | Assembly Grid Selections.  The following screen will then appear:

 

 

The left list box Selections Available lists the fields that are available but currently not displayed in the Assembly grid.  The right list box Selections to Display lists the fields that are currently displayed.  At minimum, you must have the following fields displayed:

1.Order Number

2.Feeds Order Number

3.Level

 

In the Manufacturing Order Job Details, the following fields can be edited:

1.Order Number

2.Operation

3.Feeds Order Number

4.Feeds Operation

5.Hrs Comp

6.PR

7.Qty Comp

8.Qty Mult (for Template assemblies only)
 

If you are using Assembly Component Allocations, allocations can be displayed in a different color:

 

1.Display Component Allocations  Select this checkbox to display allocations in a different color.  If you are not using assembly component allocations, uncheck the checkbox as it takes longer to display assembly structures if this checkbox is selected.

2.Component Allocations Foreground Color  Choose the color of text for component allocations.

3.Component Allocations Background Color  Choose the background color for component allocations.

 

When displaying assemblies in the Assembly Display, none of the fields displayed can be edited. 

 

All the other fields are for display information purposes only.

 

The Reset button will reset the Selections to Display to the minimum three fields listed above.
