Item No

 

The Item No. is a unique identifier used to define an inventory item. Before an Item No. can be used in DMS, it must either:

1.Be defined in DMS Inventory, or

2.In Material Options select the "Do NOT use DMS Inventory table; use free format" in which case the Item No. is a free format entry.

 

The item no. can be up to 45 alphanumeric characters long.
