Employee Selections enables you to search for job status transactions for an employee who performed the work and/or for the user who performed the job status update. To access employee selections, click on the Employee Selections button.
After clicking on the Employee Selections button, the following window will appear:
If you have previously made selections from this window and you have not cleared the selections using the Clear Selections button, then the previous selections will be displayed in the window.
The following entries can be made:
1.Work Performed By Enter the name of the employee who performed the work. To enter an employee using an employee number, click on the Select by name to toggle the button to Select by #. Valid employee names and employee numbers can be displayed by using the drop down menu.
2.Updated by user Enter the user's name who performed the job status update that you want to search for. Valid users are listed in the drop down menu.
3.Click OK to verify the search criteria or click Cancel. The Employee Selections window will close.
In order for the search to be applied, you must click on the Search button in Job Status Transaction Display.
If you click on the Clear button, all employee selections will be cleared.
