Load Started Operations First is a schedule option that instructs the DMS scheduling engine to schedule all started operations before scheduling any other operations. This ensures that jobs with higher priorities do not break into a setup of a job already in process. Using the schedule options you can turn the Load Started Operations First on or off for the schedule run.
Do not load started operations before the job release date is a schedule option that may be applied if the option Load started operations first is selected. If loading started options first, the scheduler will load all in-process operations by priority and due date starting on the first day of the schedule before scheduling other operations. If the option Do not load started operations before the job release date is selected, the scheduler will not start any of the in-process operations before the job’s release date.
