Depending on the selected option, either a taskbar or a summary bar shows the span of the entire project. If the option to show a late project in red is selected and one or more jobs in the project are late, the bars are shown in red:

Depending on the selected option, either a taskbar or a summary bar shows the span of the entire in process project in green. The taskbar shows the percent complete by a light green bar in the taskbar. The summary bar shows the percent complete by a green bar under the summary bar. If the option to show a late project in red is selected and one or more jobs in the project are late, the cars are shown in red:

Shows the start date to the completion date of a job. |

Shows the start date to the completion date of an in process job. The light green bar shows the percent complete for the job. In this example the job is about 30% complete. |

Shows the start date to the completion date of a late job. The light green bar shows the percent complete for the job. In this example the job is about 90% complete. |

Shows a job bar that is projected to be late. The vertical black line represents the current date and the red diamond shows the due date. Since the due date is in the future compared to the current date, the job is not physically late but projected to be late. |
Placing the mouse over a bar or milestone will display the bar/milestone’s hint giving detail on the job.
