User Fields

 

 

The purpose of the user fields is to give you the option of entering and tracking customized information. 


There are four types of user fields:

1.Job User Fields  Job user fields enable you to add customized data that will be tracked for each job.   From the DMS Calendar menu, select Tables | User Fields Setup

2.Operation User Fields  Operation user fields enable you to add customized data that will be tracked for each operation.  From the DMS Calendar menu, select Tables | User Fields Setup

3.Resource User Fields  Resource user fields enable you to add customized data that will be tracked for each resource.   From the DMS Calendar menu, select Options | Resource

4.Material User Fields  Material user fields enable you to add customized data that will be tracked for each material detail item.  From the DMS Calendar menu, select Options | Material
