At the job level, the Material Days to Delay is used to delay a job a given number of days out from the schedule start date if the job’s material is not available.  If set to 0, the job will not be delayed if material is not available.  The days to delay can be unique for each job.

At the operation level, the Material Days to Delay is used to delay an  operation a given number of days out from the schedule start date if the operation's material is not available.  If set to 0, the operations will not be delayed if material is not available.  The days to delay can be unique for each operation.  If an operations does not have any material, the days to delay for the operation should be set to 0.
