Standard Operation Notes

Standard Operation Notes are used to reduce clerical entry of information.  Instructions that are typically repeated in operations notes can be added to the Standard Operation Notes and then accessed from the Operations tab.


To access Standard Operations Notes, select Tables | Standard Operation Notes.  The following window will appear with the list of current standard operation notes:



Valid commands are:


  1. New  Select File | New or the new icon to add a new standard operation note.  A blank line appears in the gird.  Enter the note you want.  It is saved automatically.
  2. Edit Highlight the note you want to edit and then select File | Edit or the edit icon .  Enter the changes you want to make.  It is saved automatically.
  3. Delete  Highlight the note you want to delete and then select File | Delete or the delete icon .  DMS will verify the delete.  Click OK to delete the note or Cancel to not delete the note.
