Load Started Operations First is a schedule option that instructs the DMS scheduling engine to schedule all started operations before scheduling any other operations. This ensures that jobs with higher priorities do not break into a set up of a job already in process.  Using the schedule options you can turn the Load Started Operations First on or off for the schedule run.
