Lock On Dates is an operation option that enables you to lock an operation on its current schedule start and end dates/shifts.  If this option is set, the scheduler will try and schedule the operation on the dates given in the schedule start and end dates/shifts.  If the date has passed or the scheduler cannot load the operation on these dates, a warning message is generated and the next available date for the operation is used.
