Job Grid Information Panel

The top left side of the Job Grid window displays the latest Schedule/Import Information.  As well as the schedule status, one or two lines of information on the latest SQL import can be displayed.  


The example below shows the Schedule/Import Information as well as the last time a Job import via SQL was run:



The Schedule Status will display:


  1. Schedule Completed (with some additional information on the type of schedule run) if the schedule has successfully completed a run.  Hovering the mouse over the prompt will display more information if part of the display is cut off.
  2. “Running” in green if the schedule is currently running.
  3. “Schedule Aborted” in red if the schedule run was manually aborted and did not complete.
  4. “Failed to Complete” in red if the schedule abnormally terminated.


The example below shows the Schedule Status in green when a schedule is running:




The example below shows the Schedule Status in red if the user aborted the schedule run:




The example below shows the Schedule Status in red if the schedule run failed to complete:




Similar to the schedule run, if a SQL Import is aborted the information panel will let you know as per the example below:




To select what you want to see on the Schedule/Import Information panel, select View | Information Panel.  The Schedule/Import Information Settings window will popup on top of the Job Grid as in the example below:



Up to two status lines of information can be displayed along with the Schedule Status:


  1. Import Status (line 1)  Select what information you would like to see on the Schedule/Import Information panel.  Select a blank from the dropdown menu to not display any information on line 1.
  2. Import Status (line 2)  Select what information you would like to see on the Schedule/Import Information panel.  Select a blank from the dropdown menu to not display any information on line 2.


Valid entries for the import status lines are:


  1. Blank line (do not display a status)
  2. Job Import via SQL
  3. Job Updates via SQL
  4. Update Job States via SQL
  5. Resource Import via SQL
  6. Employee Import via SQL
  7. Inventory Import via SQL
  8. Compare to Set Delete
