User Fields

The purpose of the user fields is to give you the option of entering and tracking customized information. 


There are four types of user fields:


  1. Job User Fields.  Job user fields enable you to add customized data that will be tracked for each job.   From the DMS Calendar menu, select Tables | User Fields Setup
  2. Operation User Fields.  Operation user fields enable you to add customized data that will be tracked for each operation.  From the DMS Calendar menu, select Tables | User Fields Setup
  3. Resource User Fields.  Resource user fields enable you to add customized data that will be tracked for each resource.   From the DMS Calendar menu, select Options | Resource
  4. Material User Fields.  Material user fields enable you to add customized data that will be tracked for each material detail item.  From the DMS Calendar menu, select Options | Material
