Dispatch Display Grid Selections

 

The Dispatch Display Grid Selections is used to select which job and operation fields you want to appear in the Dispatch Display.

 

To access Dispatch Display Grid Selections, select View | Column Selections from the Dispatch Display.  The following window will appear with two tabs; on the Job Column Selections you select job columns to display and on the Operation Column Selections you select the operation columns to display.  Note that the job columns are always displayed before the operation columns in the dispatch display grid.

The read only field "Resource Description" displays the first 40 characters of the resource description for the operation.  The resource description is set in the Resource tab.

The Dispatch Display Grid Selection has a Reset button to reset the Job Columns to display or the Operation Columns to display.  If the Reset button is selected for jobs, the Job Columns to display is set to the Order Number only.  If the Reset button is selected for operations, the Operation Columns to display is set to the Operation Ident only. 

 

The example below shows the Dispatch Display Grid Selections with the Reset button in the lower left side of the window:

 

 

Note:  Depending on the current selection for the View | Job/Operations Columns, the Operation column selections may need to be reset to account for new additions.  Select the Reset button in the Dispatch Display Grid Selections, click OK to save the settings and then select View | Job/Operations Columns to set the columns you wish to display.
