Job Alt Item No

 

The Job Alt Item No. is an optional field used on the Material Details tab.  If a valid Item No is entered into this field, then the job/operation can optionally use the alternate item no.;  that is the Job Alt Item No. is a substitution for the regular item no.  The Job Alt Item No. is specified on a item by item basis and is different than the Inventory Alt Item No which is an inventory substitution at the inventory level.
