The Limit error count (0 for no limit) option enables you to limit the number of error messages reported during a schedule run. If 0 is entered, all error messages are written to the log. Limiting error messages can be helpful when first setting up DMS and/or when importing jobs from a new host system.
You can also abort the schedule run if more then a given number of error messages occur:
Abort if error count > limit error count This option will abort a schedule run if more than x number of errors occur where x is the setting in the Limit error count (0 for no limit) option.
