Standard Operation Notes are used to reduce clerical entry of information. Instructions that are typically repeated in operations notes can be added to the Standard Operation Notes and then accessed from the Operations tab.
To access Standard Operations Notes, select Tables | Standard Operation Notes. The following window will appear with the list of current standard operation notes:
The following tabs and commands are available:

1.New Select File | New to add a new standard operation note.
2.Edit Highlight the note you want to edit and then select File | Edit or double click on the Operation Note to change.
3.Delete Highlight the note you want to delete and then select File | Delete. DMS will verify the delete. Click OK to delete the note or Cancel to not delete the note.
The format of the operation note shown on the right side of the screen is how it will appear when added to an operation. The tree view of the operation notes shows one line of information on the note.
