Total Hours Operations Columns

 

The totals hours grid displays job planned and remaining hour totals.  Total Hours displayed includes:

1.Planned Hours  The total planned hours for the job.

2.Remaining Hours  The total remaining hours for the job.

3.Planned Resource  The total planned hours for all "Resource" type resources.

4.Remaining Resource  The total remaining hours for all "Resource" type resources.

5.Planned Labor  The total planned hours for all "Labor" type resources.

6.Remaining Labor  The total remaining hours for all "Labor" type resources.

7.Planned Outsource  The total planned hours for all "Outsource" type resources.

8.Remaining Outsource  The total remaining hours for all "Outsource" type resources.

9.Planned Prepare  The total planned hours for all "Prepare" type resources.

10.Remaining Prepare  The total remaining hours for all "Prepare" type resources.

11.Planned Break  The total planned hours for all "Break" type resources.

12.Remaining Break  The total remaining hours for all "Break" type resources.

To select what information is to be displayed in the total hours grid, select View | Total Hours Grid Selections.  The example screen below appears.  To display any information in the grid, you must select the "Display Total Hours Grid" check box.  This selection will display the planned and remaining hours for the job.  To display the other resource types on the grid, select the resource types you want to display.
