Note that if you have made selections the button will change and appear as below to show that selections have been made:

After clicking on the Date Selections button, the following window will appear:

If you have previously made selection from this window and you have not cleared the selections using the Clear Selections button, then the previous selections will be displayed in the window.

The following entries can be made:

  1. Date worked  You can enter a "from" date and a "to" date to select transactions between and including the dates entered for the date the work was performed on.  You can also enter "Today +" number of days to make the search more flexible especially if you are going to save and reuse the search in the future using the the Save Search button.  The "Today +" number of days entry can be positive or negative.  That is, if you want to look back 20 days from today's date, you would enter -20.  To look forward 5 days, use 5.  Since job status transactions are dealing with information entered in the past, most entries to the "Today +" number of days will be negative.  To use today's date, enter the number 0.
  2. Transaction Date You can enter a "from" date and a "to" date to select transactions between and including the dates entered for the date the transaction was performed on.  Each time a job status entry is made, DMS records the date and time the transaction took place.  You can also enter "Today +" number of days to make the search more flexible especially if you are going to save and reuse the search in the future using the the Save Search button.  The "Today +" number of days entry can be positive or negative.  That is, if you want to look back 31 days from today's date, you would enter -31.  To look forward 2 days, use 2.  Since job status transactions are dealing with information entered in the past, most entries to the "Today +" number of days will be negative.  To use today's date, enter the number 0.  Note that the transaction date also include the time the transaction took place.  Therefore if you want all the transactions on a given date you should enter the date you want to the "from" prompt and the date plus 1 day to the "To" prompt.
  3. Click OK to verify the search criteria or click Cancel.  The Date Selections window will close.

In order for the search to be applied, you must click on the Search button in Job Status Transaction Display.

If you click on the Clear button, all date selections will be cleared.
