The General menu consists of the following menu commands:

File:

1. Datasets
2. System Information displays DMS system information and initialization file settings.
3. Who Am I is used to find out who is currently logged on to the workstation and, if a schedule is being run, the name of the user running the schedule.
4. Who is Logged In is used to find out who is logged into the current database and who is logged into a database on the same SQL Server.
5. Exit.  Enables you to exit from DMS.  It is recommended that you always exist the system using the File | Exist command on the General menu.

View:

1. Dataset Name.  If this menu item is checked, the dataset name is displayed at the bottom of each DMS screen.
2. Confirm Exit.  If this menu item checked, DMS will confirm the File | Exist command.  Click Yes to exit or No to remain in DMS.
3. Save User Name.  If Save User Name is checked, DMS will save the user name so that the next time you start DMS it will default to the last user name on the log in menu.
