The Calendar & Planner Options enable you to customize the calendar to your own liking.  Each user can customize the calendar they way they want it.

To access the calendar and planner options, select Calendar | Calendar & Planner Options.  The screen similar to the following will appear:

The Calendar tab sets the options for the main monthly calendar display. 

The Display Activities tab sets the options to display Calendar activities and/or Calendar/Capacity Changes on the monthly calendar

The Daily Planner Options tab sets the options for the daily planner and notes.
