The Display Activities tab sets options for the main monthly calendar display. 

The options are:

1. Under Display Capacity Changes on Calendar:
1. Calendar Changes  If selected, Calendar capacity changes are displayed on the monthly calendar.
2. Department Changes  If selected, Department capacity changes are displayed on the monthly calendar.
3. Pool Changes  If selected, Pool capacity changes are displayed on the monthly calendar.
4. Resource Changes  If selected, Resource capacity changes are displayed on the monthly calendar.
5. Capacity change color  Sets the color of the capacity changes bar.
6. Set to Default Colors  If selected, the button sets the Capacity change color to the default colors.
7. Display History for Capacity Changes  This setting enables you to select how far back in time to display calendar/capacity changes.  Either select All History to display all calendar/capacity changes, Back 1 year to display calendar/capacity changes back one year from the current date (recommended) or No History to display only those calendar/capacity changes from and including today's date forward.
2. Under Display Activities on Calendar:
1. Display Activities  If selected, calendar activities are displayed on the monthly calendar.
2. Activities color  Sets the color of the activity bar.
3. Set to Default Colors  If selected, the button sets the Activities color to the default colors.
4. Display History for Activities  This setting enables you to select how far back in time to display calendar activities.  Either select All History to display all calendar activities, Back 1 year to display calendar activities back one year from the current date or No History to display only those calendar activities from and including today's date forward.
