The Alarm Display is a pop up window that appears on the calendar reminding you about a calendar activity.  The Alarm Display will also appear if you click on the Alarm icon on the menu bar. The settings for the Alarm Display are on the Calendar tab of Calendar & Planner Options.

The following is an example of the Alarm Display window:

You can:

1. Click on View Details to look at the activity in read only mode.
2. Click on Edit if you ware the owner of the activity or the person responsible for follow up action and you want to make changes.
3. Click on Dismiss to dismiss the highlighted activity and set its reminder dismissed.
4. Click on Snooze all and the activity will snooze for the number of selected minutes
