DMS Options

 

DMS options can be set using the Options tab on the DMS Monthly Calendar Menu.  Some of the options can also be accessed through their corresponding module as listed below.  The options should be established and set up as part of the Setup Workshop.  As well as setting up the DMS Tables, one of the first steps in getting started with DMS is to decide on the options that will be used.

 

The following DMS options are available:

1.Terms and Settings  Selected from DMS Monthly Calendar Menu.

2.Manufacturing Jobs Options  Selected from DMS Monthly Calendar Menu or Manufacturing Order Job Details using Options | Manufacturing Jobs Options.

3.Material Options  Selected from DMS Monthly Calendar Menu.

4.Job Updating Options  Selected from DMS Monthly Calendar Menu or from Job Status Updating using Options | Job Updating Options.

5.Resource Options & User Fields  Selected from DMS Monthly Calendar Menu.
