Grid Tools

 

The Grid Tools menu in Mfg Orders Job Grid enables you to:

 

1.Set Baseline Dates  Sets the job and operation baselines dates.

2.Set Original Runtimes to Current  Sets the operations original setup times, original run times, and original total run times to the current setup times, run times, and total run times.

3.Fix Due Date / Release Date Time Stamps  If times are appearing on the due dates or release dates you can correct this problem by executing this command.

4.Update Job Actual End Date  Verifies and updates as required the Actual End Date of completed jobs.

5.Set & Verify WIP.  Checks each job to make sure the the work in process flag is set correctly.

6.Assembly Tools:

1.Reset Orphaned Assembly Jobs  Corrects the problem of orphaned Assembly Jobs by resetting any orphaned assembly components to be regular jobs.

2.Reset Assembly Flags  Scans the Assembly Structures and makes sure that each assembly component has the assembly flags set correctly.

3.Fix Missing Final/Component Assembly Jobs

7.Set Type of Work Actual  Sets all the jobs' Type of Work to the jobs' actual type of work.

8.Export Grid Contents  Exports the Mfg Orders Job Grid to a CSV test file, Word DOC file, Excel file or PDF format.

9.Export Jobs/Operations  Exports all the jobs and their operations details to a text file.

10.Export SQL Script  Exports the SQL script currently used by the Mfg Orders Job Grid.
