Calendar Menu Items

The calendar menu consists of the following menu items:


File


  1. System Information displays DMS system information and initialization file settings.
  2. Who Am I is used to find out who is currently logged on to the workstation and, if a schedule is being run, the name of the user running the schedule.
  3. Who is Logged In is used to find out who is logged into the current database and who is logged into a database on the same SQL Server.
  4. Exit  Enables you to exit from DMS.  It is recommended that you always exit the system using the Exit command on the General menu.


View


  1. Confirm Exit  If this menu item selected, DMS will confirm the File | Exist command.  Click Yes to exit or No to remain in DMS.
  2. Save User Name  If Save User Name is selected, DMS will save the user name so that the next time you start DMS it will default to the last user name on the log in menu.

  11. Refresh Reports Sorts This command will refresh the sort commands for reports.  Typially this command does not need to be executed unless directed by DMS Support.  If selected, DMS confirms the refresh with the following:



    Select OK to refresh the report sorts or select Cancel to cancel the refresh.
