Module Report Settings

Module Report Settings enables you to setup one or more reports that can be accessed from certain modules.  Current modules that enable you to access reports are: 


  1. Mfg Orders Job Grid
  2. Manufacturing Order Job Details
  3. Job Status Updating (for Job Status Updating and Job Status Transaction Display)
  4. Dispatch Graphs and Displays (for Dispatch Display, Dispatch Chart, and ETC Hours Display)
  5. Capacity Graphs and Displays  (for Capacity Graph, Load Profile Graph, Overtime Analysis Graph, Efficiency & Utilization Display and Capacity Grid Display)
  6. Job Graphs and Displays (for Job Gantt Chart, Project Gantt Chart, Assembly Gantt Chart, Job Summary Display, LOB Chart, Assembly Display and BOM Link Display)
  7. Job Analysis Graph
  8. Resource Gantt Chart (for Resource Gantt Chart and Schedule Board)


To access Module Report Settings, select Tables | Module Report.  The following screen will appear:



To setup one or more reports that can be printed from a module, perform the following steps: 


  1. Module  Select the module you want to setup reports for.  Valid modules are:
    1. Mfg Orders Job Grid
    2. Manufacturing Order Job Details
    3. Job Status Updating
    4. Dispatch Graphs and Displays
    5. Capacity Graphs and Displays
    6. Job Graphs and Displays
    7. Job Analysis
    8. Resource Gantt Chart


  1. For the selected module the Report Selections and the Reports Selected for Module are displayed. 
  2. Drag and drop or use the buttons to copy reports from Report Selections to Reports Selected for Module.  Those reports listed in Reports Selected for Module will be available for printing from the module.



The example below shows two reports for the module Mfg Orders Job Grid.  When in Mfg Orders Job Grid, selecting the File | Print Reports or clicking on the print reports icon will display the report selection:




The example below the window that appears when you select Print Menu from a DMS Window.  Select the report from the drop down list and then click on the View Report or the Print Report button.  The report will than be displayed/printed.  Selecting Exit will close the window without displaying or printing the report:
